Two of my favorite socials are the Sensual Social in Carrollton and the Pura social in Ft. Worth!
Dance Pet Peeve: (Hygiene, No connection, People who teach while dancing, etc)
There are many types of social dancers and performers.
- It makes me sad when social dancers get intimidated by the ones that perform!
- No technique while performing.
- No confidence while you’re social dancing.
Favorite Dance Moment?
Joining Seduxion and finally getting to perform “Pillow Talk” at the 2017 Dallas Bachata Festival!
Favorite Dance Genre?
Bachata is what got me into dancing and it will always be my favorite.
What movie title describes your attitude while dancing? Why?
“Flashdance.” I have always dreamed of becoming a professional dancer. I thought that it was a childish dream but dance has always been always in my heart. My husband has been supportive and he’s also performing with me and we both love to do it together – it’s a dream come true. My mentor has been supportive as well and I’m so thankful for him. Dance has been a purpose in my life and has challenged me to become a better person and dancer. It also has challenged me to pursue my dreams!
Favorite dance video you’d like to share? Why is it your favorite?
Because it’s my first performance in a bachata congress with so many talented dancers! Seduxion!
