Mambo Fridays at The Fire Station

Mambo Fridays is moving to a new location called The Fire Station 1 Restaurant & Bar in downtown Silver Spring!
First, a huge thank-you to everyone who has supported Mambo Fridays and helped us build such an amazing community at The Roost. Your energy and enthusiasm have made every event unforgettable and a tremendous success!
As The Roost’s business has grown, the manager shared that they no longer need us. While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye to our original home, we’re embracing this change and continuing the magic of Mambo Fridays in our new location.
Our new venue is just a 5-minute walk from the Silver Spring Metro and one block away from a parking garage, making it super convenient for everyone to attend. It’s very spacious, has a wonderful atmosphere, and has a nice wood floor.
A heartfelt thank-you to The Roost for being part of our journey and, most importantly, to all of you for making Mambo Fridays what it is. Let’s continue building this incredible community together in our new home!
Our salsa lesson starts at 8 PM, followed by social dancing at 9 PM until 12:30 AM.
Kids 15 and under get in free! Whether you’re bringing the whole family or flying solo, this event promises non-stop fun. No partner needed—just your enthusiasm!
