Dancing Classrooms Philly’s Dance Party

Get ready to hit the dance floor at the first-ever DCP Dance Party! You’ll learn beginner-friendly Bachata, Merengue, and Salsa dance stylings with Dancing Classrooms Philly Artistic and Education Director Mr. Andrew Polunin. Come solo, with a partner, or with a group! After practicing the basics, the remainder of the night will be open dancing featuring a variety of musical styles to keep you grooving. Enter our raffle for a chance to win awesome prizes, sip on refreshing drinks from the bar, and enjoy light snacks. You’ll have a blast while helping to support Dancing Classrooms Philly’s dance education programs!
Details:
7:00: Doors open
7:30 to 8:15: Salsa and bachata dance lesson
8:15-10:00: Open dancing with a Merengue dance break

You must be 18 or older with a valid ID to attend in person.
The Event Hall at Asian Arts Initiative is an ADA-accessible venue, and people of all abilities are invited to come and dance.
