November ¡Rumbazo! Workshop, Party, Performances & More!

This month’s ¡Rumbazo! is extra special! We’re teaming up again with our friends at Masacote to host a Rumba Dance Workshop before our signature music and dance celebration.

Schedule:

2:00 PM: Rumba Dance Workshop with Anara & Javier, accompanied by live percussion. Learn movements and apply them right away at the ¡Rumbazo! Workshop Tickets: $25 in advance | $35 at the door

3:30–5:30 PM: ¡Rumbazo! featuring live Music by Javier Jeffer & Conjunto Obaye; Performances by MetaMovements DeCu community members (including performers from our November 1st Rumba Performance Challenge); social dancing; animaciones; and a birthday celebration honoring DeCu members Paul Constantine (Paul Pa Pa) & Rodrigo Ipince! Event Tickets: $25 in advance | $35 at the door

The afternoon will also include a silent auction showcasing original paintings by Javier Jeffer—come take a look!
